For me, the word grounded means coming to back to your roots, connecting back in with yourself and what it means to live life well.
Grounding
to slow down, to be present, and embrace a more mindful way of being.
The name Grounded Clinical Nutrition, acknowledges the holistic nature of living well, whilst bring awareness to the evidence-based training and foundation in which my services provide.
Outside of nutrition I am also a certified yoga teacher, and therefore acknowledge the role of nervous system regulation on how we consume food and show up within other aspects of life.
Here at Grounded Nutrition, I not only want to support you make informed choices around the food you consume, but also bring to light the holistic nature of health, which encompasses mental health, movement, hydration, sleep and social wellbeing.
